WHAT WE DO
FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREENING
The INNOVA assessment offers a unique approach combining some of the most well recognised and proven movement assessments in the industry. This enables our clinicians to make treatment decisions based on data including range of movement, muscle imbalances and motor control.
OVERCOME FUNCTIONAL DEFICITS
With PhysiApp, we are able to provide an individualised exercise program specifically designed to target the individual muscles of concern and increase performance. You can do the exercises from home with an Innova Exercise Physiologist monitoring you online, or you can book a face to face appointment.
REHABILITATION AND THERAPY
We assess and treat complicated injuries and common disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Our unique approach incorporates trigger point therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM), cupping, active rehabilitation with therapeutic exercise, biomechanical taping and more.
OPTIMISE FUNCTION FOR PERFORMANCE
The INNOVA performance program targets sport specific functions to enable athletes to compete at their optimal level. Not only focusing on enhancing physical power, agility and strength, our exercise physiologist design a sport specific program to also optimise skill acquisition including game sense, anticipation and reaction.
ADVANCED ASSESSMENT TOOLS
Our clinicians utilise some of the most comprehensive and advanced assessment tools in the industry including the DynaMo and ForceDecks. They provide real-time analysis allowing immediate feedback to our clients.
